Tourism Minister Charles Fernandez on tour at Royalton Chic

The executive members of the United Taxi Association (UTA) were treated to an exclusive VIP tour of the new Royalton Chic property, which opened its doors to its first official guests last week.

Charles Fernandez, Tourism Minister, not only suggested this tour but also accompanied the transportation service providers, emphasizing the importance of experiencing the product they market to visitors and potential visitors regularly.

The newly elected UTA members, President Ian Joseph, Vice President Dwayne Francis, Secretary Emelda Frank, and Trustee Bernadette Jarvis, were all impressed with the 5-star property, which has received rave reviews.

The UTA President expressed his delight, saying that this property is a total transformation from what was there before, and he was extremely impressed. He was thrilled to have such a first-class product added to their slate of offerings in Antigua and Barbuda.

The Regional Manager for Royalton, Craig Marshall, stated that Royalton Chic is perhaps the most complete in the line of hotel products.

With 7 restaurants, 5 bars, 4 pools, and a very luxurious setting, it includes their signature Diamond Club, where amenities include butler service, concierge service, all at an upgraded level.

During the soft launch period of April to May, resort occupancy is already rising, with bookings indicating high occupancy during the ICC Cricket World Cup event in June and beyond into the summer months.
